RECONS IGBT Electroplating Rectifiers are microprocessor-based, digitally controlled devices with high stability to load variation (-1ms) and high precision to voltage and current regulation. These Equipments have Low Output Ripple and provide Longtime high control accuracy (<=0.5%). Power Saving in comparison to Silicon Controlled Rectifier is approximately 40% with a high efficiency of 90% and above. These light weight IGBT Rectifiers have Modular Power Platform and Multi-tower interconnections. For ease of access and operation, all output / input connections are provided in the back and Main Switch along with Operation Panel are provided in the front. Simple output parameters, programming from the Operator Panel, Remote Control or PC / PLC (Current, Voltage, Cycle Time and Ramp Time) is being provided. In the event of a Power failure, after resuming the power, the IGBT Rectifier could switch on automatically and start rising up to set current and keeps the last time setting mode and output value.
